About PACC

Founded in 1982, the Peoria Area Civic Chorale began as a small ensemble of
singers who enjoyed performing vocal music.

From Renaissance to contemporary, art music to folk and pop, and Broadway to jazz, the repertoire of the Peoria Area Civic Chorale continues to encompass a wide variety of styles and delight its audiences.

Sing. Entertain. Inspire.

Being part of the Peoria Area Civic Chorale is about more than music. It’s about community, connection, and creating something greater than yourself.

  • Perform at a heightened level – Sing under the direction of Dr. Joshua Russell, Artistic Director and Conductor.
  • Be part of tradition – Share the stage in concerts that have inspired Central Illinois for generations.
  • Make lifelong connections – Join a family of singers who encourage, support and grow together.
  • Inspire your community – Bring the gift of music to audience across the region.

fuel local economies, support jobs, and strengthen the cultural fabric of communities. Each PACC concert not only brings audiences together,
